no battery detected!!

great not even 6 months owning my Surface I'm starting to get this no battery detected, does anyone know why this is happening? it seems I get this when my Surface freezes for some unknown reason and then when I reboot I got the no battery...it's happened twice now, it's starting to worry me now! :cry:

I'm not sure if the issue I had is the same as yours but even one plugged in my battery was showing 0% availability and not charging. I turned off my Bluetooth mouse and immediately everything was fine.

I don't know about the surface pro, but when that symbol showed on my hp slate, it meant that the battery was dead.
