older IE version for Surface

I stopped using IE when Chrome came out, and have been using it ever since. However, I was sad to see that Chrome wasn't optimised for touch with the Surface, so thought I had better try out IE 10... actually I find it quite pleasant to use, never really had any problems.

Still use Chrome on desktop mode though!
