Organizing Favorites

How can I organize favorite websites with Explorer? I had various sites organized into folders but now they appear in one long row and are difficult to find.

After looking through the Microsoft help section I have found something of an answer to my question.

1) Open desktop mode.
2) Open Internet Explorer
3) Go to Favorites
4) Copy the Favorites folder to the desktop
5) Hold on the folder to bring up the options and select "pin to start"

This will bring the folder to the start screen and when you click it will take you back to that folder on the desktop. If anyone knows of a better solution please post it.

Like Android browsers it SUCKS!

But at least there is a way to do it on Surface. I already figured out the Desktop IE method.
