Otterbox Symmetry Series Case (SP3)

I have this preordered and can wait within reason for Amazon to get more stock of this (they don't know when that will be), as it is $50 cheaper than buying it from Otterbox themselves (which is in stock there).

I'm wondering if the new Type Cover (SP3/SP4 compatible) will fit the Otterbox keyboard slip of this case. The SP4 announced one is slightly thinner.

How much additional weight does this case add? Is it easy to put the case on? How does kick stand work with the case on?
