Paint with Bubble

Hie all
Just bought the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 around June 2017 and found out there are bubble on the paint. By the way, this is not caused of drop or scratch.
Anyone having this issue?
Is this under warranry claim since my Microsoft Surface Pro 4 still under warranrty?

I would at least see about a warranty exchange - I never seen a surface with that defect before, but they are massed produced so it is possible for defects to occur.
