PDF Reader for Metro or desktop

Hi all, i recently purchased the surface 3 because I need more functionality than my IPAD. Problem is I can't seem to find a PDF reader that works as well as the one I had on the IPAD. I need a pdf reader that lets me lock zoom level and allow page turn with the zoom locked.

I saw it but I didn't try it since the description did not mention anything about locking zoom

It doesn't have a locking zoom that I know about, but it's never been an issue for me. I set mine so that there is no page turn, you just keep scrolling. I find it easier to use, and means zoom doesn't change.
