PEN PROBLEM

I ask about the pen
At first when I worked with IT with the ONENOTE and went with the pen to the screen IT createD a small circle and I could choose colors and other things. Then I installed 2013 NOTE This feature is gone. I approach with the pen to the screen and not created any color circle. I would appreciate help

This is a MUI Onenote feature. It does not exist in onenote 2013. Or are you saying that since installing onenote 2013, it no longer appears in MUI onenote?
