power cover not charging

I can type and use the mouse but it doesn't show up as a battery. I7/256. Current on all updates.

Once I had this problem (different so3) and s tech t the MSFT store enabled it by manually installing some updates. Any idea what those might be?

The contacts are nice and clean between the cover and the SP3?
