I don't have any problems with Remote Desktop.

SO when I go to install it, it says I need NET Framework 2.0 but the SP3 comes with 4.5.1 I don't want to downgrade right?

That's odd. I didn't have that problem. I wouldn't think you would. Don't want to mess up something else.

Actually that isn't as odd as it sounds. There are some programs that need to see a specific version of .NET even if it's a prior, (technically older) version.
