Screen bulging/separating from frame a bit

Today results on battery after MY first charge.
Is it bad?

Here is a picture I captured of my Surface from the inside.
In the part marked in red, there is a "problem" in my case.
As far as I can see, there is nothing there except this one heat pipe, which I doubt I raised the screen because it is connected to 4 screws on the cooler via the CPU.
The only possibility that comes to my mind is that there was a buldge on the sides or on the vertical edges, but someone skillfully glued it, so now it peeled off on the upper edge, but I don't believe that even though it started to break, it can be glued.
As you can see the battery is in the lower half of the Surface.
I don't think you need to be a scientist, and I would like someone from these foreigners to explain to me how they think it's a battery after all ...
What do you guys think?

Maybe the person you purchased the surface from opened the computer for repairs and don't install the black plastic at the top correctly.
You may need to remove it to see if it is sitting correctly.

Hmm what plastic?
Could you mark it on the picture above?
So you don't think it is the battery issue?

At the top where the red line is. The plastic that the camara is mounted in.
Hmm.Could be.I wish it is.Then the previous owner lied that Surface was not opened.
But who knows how many owners this one had...
