skygo using silverlight (heat)

Been watching skygo for it to work had to install Microsoft silver light
Is this known to make surface heat up as mine got very hot when using skygo

I don't know if it was silver light or not but when I played netflix on my I5/256 it heated up pretty fast, yet when I played a video that was on the device it's self it took a while for it to heat up.
