snap more desktop app

Hi again, I have been asking a lot

I cant figure it out how to snap two or more desktop app like chrome and one note 2013 (desktop version)
I can minimize both app and Scale them So they can both fit the desktop but it would take a long time and it Sucks.

Am I doing something wrong or is this how windows work?

In order to snap 2 desktop apps, you will need to do the following:
1) Tap and Drag the banner of the 1st app to the left or right bezel. As if you're trying to drag the app off of the screen. It will snap into place.
2) Tap and Drag the banner of the 2nd app to the opposite bezel. It will then snap into place.

Speaking of Banner. You can double tap the Banner of a desktop app to change the app's window size.

I'm not sure if that area is truly called a Banner. That's just what I refer to it as.
