Today while working on my Surface Pro 3 it turned off. I tried turning it back on and upon bootup my screen flashes white a few times and does nothing else. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Mircosoft today trying to resolve the issue and the only answer I got was to system restore. I'm a photographer and I do my editing on this computer (thankfully I save all my unedited photos on an external hard drive) I finished a editing session right when the computer died and I'm wondering if anyone knows how to either fix this issue or help me get the session off my computer. TIA
