SP4 Bezel separation SHARP Defect?

I contacted MS today, has anyone seen this sort of problem with the SP4 seperating at the bezel and objects coming through. This one cut my wives finger it was so sharp. Weird looking object coming through between the glass and bezel.. We have only used this a handful of times... MS will replace this in some way right?
