Stylus sensitivity problem

I am a graphic artist and I have been having so many problems recently I am losing my mind, so thank you for anyone trying to help me out today.

First problem I want to address is that when my stylus isn't touching the screen (it's close, but not touching) the tablet reacts as if the pen was touching it. I don't know how it's doing this nor do I care, I just don't want THAT level of sensitivity.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

It's a glitch. Just remove the battery from the pen and reinsert it. It should behave normally after that.

It's a glitch. Just remove the battery from the pen and reinsert it. It should behave normally after that.

There should be a lever on the pen for this, could use the clip... to "reload"
