Solved Surface App Tile ..."x" in corner????

I might be wrong here but I could swear the tile was just blue with Surface written in it.
This morning it has a small white circle with an "x" in it.
Does anyone else have this?

Well I will answer my own thread. I had done a refresh on the Surface so it looks like an un paired pen causes this.
Repair and reboot refreshed the tile to have no "x".
