The surface dock is connected to a surface book 2 and needs firmware update. When the program is run the software hangs on the picture attached - Please connect dock. I have tried reconnecting, powering everything off and then reconnecting. Nothing allows dock to be recognized by the software. Please help as the USB ports and the networking port is not working as the drivers are not installing.
