Surface Pro 2 wont turn on or wake up

I have this problem too if it is sleep. I only can wake up it when I press volumen up + power button.

Any way to solve this?

It only appears to be a problem for some, I haven't experienced it, and would gather that I'm not the only one.

Try connecting AC power first, wait about 30 seconds or so, and then press PWR.

Do you have a keyboard connected when that happens?

After reading a few posts from Ginger , I was beginning to think it was only with surface pro 2 in aus! And we dont even have a Microsoft store here in Aus

Still won't work for me. Tried it dozens of times. (
