I also received it, it is at home, I am still at the office... duh
One for my Wife(i5) and one for me(i7) .. unfortunately.. She is complaining she had an issue with Pen input , its not working in some parts of screen.
Pen Input not Working in Some Parts of Screen
Some Touch issues were there , after 10 mins of use , touch stopped working and after resuming from sleep it again started working . Touch stops every every 10 mins approximately .
But my SP3 i7 doesn't have any such issues. Both SP3s are having all firmware and all updates.

Try refreshing the problematic one.
Actually its an Hardware issue , I have exchanged it . Now i5 Does Pretty good job.
Roughly i7 is 1.4 times faster than i5. Worth your money.

I just noted the time to install updates. And differentiated between i5 and i7
