Solved Surface Pro 4 Type Cover

Hi, I would like to change the way the key layout is applied at a click, currently the key that has the symbol ¨+¨ typing it places these ¨¿¡¨ it is very connfunsing and I do not locate how to change this, I would appreciate any support.
I have a Surface Pro 4 and its respective Surface Pro 4 Type Cover (english).

sounds like you have some crazy fn settings going on.. I had number lock turn on once, that messed with me.

i think it's fn + ins

Changed the Prefix as it is reserved for "Tutorial" Posts - to fix try here and make sure you don't have alternate languages selected:

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Language\Language options
