Surfacebook 3 SMB issue

I have a desktop and a brand new Surfacebook 3 both are running Win10 except the desktop is running 2004 while the Surfacebook 3 is running 1909. My desktop can connect to my NAS using SMB 3 but my brand new Surfacebook can only connect to the NAS if I set the NAS to use SMB 1, any ideas? I purchased the Surfaebook 3 thru the business channel if that helps. Could it be some kind of group policy or something in the way?

One thing you could do for now is search for "Windows Features", start that app, and enable all the SMB options.
