Transfer from Pro 7 to Pro X

I currently have a Surface Pro 4. I will be buying a new Surface Pro X and want to transfer all the files and data I have in my Pro 4 to the X. The Samsung Galaxy has what is called a Smart Switch built in that allows a similar transfer of files and data from one Galaxy S to a newer one. Does something similar exist for the Surface Pro?

Have your Desktop, Documents, Music, Picture folders etc. sync'd. When you sign in to your Microsoft account on your new SPX all your files should sync up.
