Trying to order a complete warranty

Anyone had this error on the payment screen when trying to order a complete warranty for the SP3? I've been trying all week and this pops up:

Buy Service Plan
An error occurred. Please try again.
  • An error occurred. Please try again.
Do l need to add a credit card ahead of the purchase?
Don't see a way to do that.

Mine was pretty easy, just needed the SP3 serial number, etc. Maybe try a different browser, or just wait a little bit.

If you can't get it working, you can call Microsoft and buy it over the phone as well.

I had exactly the same problem when trying to get this for my SP2 (in the UK btw, don't know if that's relevant). Due to laziness by not following this up direct I unfortunately missed the window.

yes I got that... turns out my CC company was rejecting the transaction and Flagging it as fraud. I used a different card and immediately got an Alert asking me to approve or decline... approved and it went through. When I looked at my first card online it showed several pending transactions (one for each time I tired it) they cleared off a couple days later. I did call them about it but still didn't clear off immediately.
