I have this update "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3189866)"
It say Downloading, but it stay at 46% since yesterday, not moving.
I re-started the Surface many time, impossible to get it, the window still showing 46% and I cannot re-start?
Do you have an idea what I should do?

PS: I just downloaded and installed the update manually, work perfectly now, no problem.
