I would like to talk "flakiness" a bit. Other than using the 10125 .ISO every upgrade I've done from 9926 > 10041 > 10049 > 10061 > 10074 > 10122 > 10125 > 10130 has been a Windows Update over the top of the previous build and I (and several others up here) have had nowhere near the severity or variability of multiple others' laments up here.
Well, I posted a page or so back about my biggest issues with 10130 so far. I won't repeat them here. And I hear you about people having different experiences--that's been one of the most remarkable aspects of this whole process, that so many SP3s act so differently, even when they're essentially the same. Such as, people who did clean installs of 10074, and then some could upgrade to 10122 and some couldn't. No rhyme or reason.
In my case, I have a 10130 install that got here via a new-ish Win8.1 -> 10074 -> 10130. Not much clutter to clean up, really. But, in addition to the issues I outlined earlier, I now can't pin any more apps to my start menu. Just got to a point and no more show up.
So, I managed to do a compressed ISO from the ESD file (uncompressed wouldn't work for some reason), and am going to try a clean install of 10130. Because my SP3 acts so very different than my desktop, and than other SP3s, apparently. It's the nature of alphas and betas and previews, I know, but I'll not pretend it's all that much fun.
