Windows account and Xbox integration

Hello, i purchased a second hand surface rt and factory reset the device.

I registered for my own Microsoft account which is good, however when going to play games it appears to be linked and logged into somebody elses Xbox tag.

How do I disassociate with that account please?

I had a wee Google of your problem, try it, it seems it is almost impossible to do, so good luck. Jim
