YouTube app does not work on SP4

So I went to the Microsoft store, clicked on the official Youtube app by Microsoft, and it says "this app is not compatible with your device." Strange, why would it not be compatible with windows 10 and a SP4?

Just tried to download the Spotify app, same thing. Only this time it says my device is missing the hardware needed for the Spotify app...

I has strange problems with this. I had to delete the sound driver and let it reinstall?

Try opening any browser installed or install the browser of your choice. Then visit YouTube from a web browser.

IIRC these are Windows Phone 8 Apps that are backwards compatible with Windows 10 Mobile and are showing up in the PC Store in error...

Yeah, no official Youtube app exists. I recommend Tubecast, Mytube, or Metrocast.
