I don't have these slowdowns all of the time, but they do happen from time to time just like my iPad Air 2 used to...only the iPad Air 2 was doing MUCH LESS work in the background than my Surface 3 was.

I was just tired of the "Cannot view website on mobile" or having to download an app to access a site on the iPad that a regular web browser would be able to. Not to mention that said app would have a limited number of options that are available on the web page. Multiple times I found myself powering up my laptop to do something that the iPad Air should be plenty capable of doing, but since it was categorized as a "mobile device" I couldn't accomplish the task I wanted to despite changing browsers and browser settings on the iPad Air.

The speed didn't matter as much to me as actually being able to accomplish the task. I do find the Surface 3 to be very fast, however. If only I could get Windows 10 to allow playback of music while the screen is locked/off though...minor gripe.
