Hi, I signed up because I´m experiencing troubles with my Surface 3 and I found it nearly impossible to get technical support throught the Microsoft website. No email to contact, just an answer desk that keeps you awaiting forever. My Surface often crashes and when I try to restart it, it keeps trying to restart forever, with no progress. Is there a way to turn off this thing, beside waiting for the battery to run out?I hope someone has some suggestions....

Do a cold reboot.
1) Press and hold power button for a full 25 seconds. Machine will shut down.
2) Simultaneously press VolumeUP and Power until you see the "Surface" logo on the screen. Release both buttons.
3) Exit the UEFI menu which will appear on your screen.
