Any way to retain bookmarks in a PDF in OneNote?

I have a PDF file that I want to export to onenote.

That PDF file has bookmarks in it.

Is there a way to have access the bookmarks in the PDF so that I can jump to one page to another without scrolling a lot to get to go where I am going?

Is there a way to bookmark inside a onenote document?
