Anyone compared AI app builder subscription costs for Surface use?

I've been using my Surface Pro around Burlington for a small side project, mostly prototyping simple apps during downtime, and I'm trying to decide which AI app builder subscription is worth it. The plans seem to vary a lot in what they include, and I'm not sure whether the monthly tiers are actually useful for someone working on a 2-in-1 rather than a desktop setup. Storage limits, export options and whether the Surface's touch interface matters at all are things I keep going back and forth on. I don't want to lock into a year-long plan and find the app runs poorly on a tablet. Has anyone here used these builders on a Surface and can speak to which pricing tier made sense for occasional use? I'd rather hear actual experiences than marketing claims.

I'm weighing a similar choice on a Surface Pro 7 for a small inventory helper I'm building for my family's hardware store in West Virginia, mostly on breaks. Export format and whether offline editing is allowed matter more to me than storage tier, since I don't want to be stuck with a plan that needs a constant connection. I came across Best v0 Alternatives (2026) and it did get me comparing monthly options, though I still can't tell how touch input holds up in these browser-based builders. Has anyone found a plan that's actually fine for occasional use?

I'm in Burlington too and looking at a similar decision, though for a small trail-condition tracker rather than a store helper. For your inventory app, I'd treat offline editing as the deciding factor: if your breaks at the store have patchy Wi-Fi, a browser-only plan could be a dealbreaker regardless of storage. I haven't tried touch input on a 2-in-1 myself, so that uncertainty is exactly why I haven't committed to a yearly tier. I did come across Lovable vs Replit (2026): Which Should You Pick? while comparing monthly plans, but it doesn't settle how export formats work for occasional use. Has anyone actually tested exporting from these on a tablet?
