Arc Mouse Issues after update today

I was really digging my arc mouse until today after the update.

Now if I click and drag an icon on the desktop it duplicates it...

If I double click an icon it opens the properties for it... As though I rightclicked and went to properties.

Its also just buggy all over in my apps..

Major bummer I wanted to rely on this as something I could use at work, and the second day it blows up in my face. I have such tight deadlines this is really not acceptable :/

I had the same problem with wedge mouse but i restarted and now its gone.
But i dont know why
