How to do a clean installation by using the latest Windows 10 Pro build instead of reset to factory stage and redownload and reinstall all updates??

Don't know if this has been posted before but I am now given the option to download the anniversary update or creators update. I know a few people wanted to start fresh with the creators update so cheers!
