display driver problem, keeps recovering

Can you post any of the Event Logs so we can narrow down the cause. You can look at the reviews of Spashtop and see if anyone else is reporting it...

I honestly don't think it's splashtop that is the problem, like I described earlier it crashes only when in sleep, then when I wake up the device the info pops up telling me the display has stopped responding and has recovered. I think splashtop being blurry is the bad results of the display drivers not working properly.

Honestly, at this point I would a reset or refresh, I'm not seeing any of these issues you're seeing. I have some Outlook.exe and Facebook Modern UI App errors but not Video Card issues. If the reset doesn't fix it, I would setup an RMA.

My Surface 2 had this driver fail issue, don't know what was the cause though.

I sent my device to Microsoft. But not because of the driver error, I had a scratch in the LCD digitizer and dead pixels. The driver problem usually fixed it self.
