so I finally found out (or put 2 and 2 together) what was causing my video driver fail every time I opened my S2 from sleep or causing the failure when in sleep... it's the bloody touch2 keyboard!! when ever my keyboard is NOT attached I get no errors, but as soon as my keyboard is attached I get the video drivers failed error or has stopped responding error. so if anyone is having the same trouble as myself try disconnecting your keyboard and see if it gives you the error...
