Just had my surface 2 for a few weeks now. I was tiring of my kindle fire and it's limitations and my netbook was slow hot and hard on the eyes. I decided I needed a real tablet.
I checked out the ipads a little, I have an iPhone. I really liked the idea of being able to multitask and use office. I haven't been disappointed. I would have liked if the kindle app was a little (lot) more functional but that's minor compared to all the features I enjoy using.
I almost opted for the surface pro but didn't want to purchase extra software and already have a laptop. I really like the size and portability of the surface 2, I hope the rt platform continues to be supported and improved.
