How can I create a sync folder?

I was disappointed to find out that there is no way to create a Skydrive (Sync) folder in Windows RT. I was also disappointed that SugarSync while having a Surface App did not support sync folders on Windows RT. Does anyone know how I can create a folder that could be synced across my Windows device?

At the moment, this seems to be not possible. I think this could be due to the very restricted access to certain functions/calls.
