How to change yourself as admin on Windows 10

Hi,
This is probally an old question.
There is a game folder I want to delete. Every time I try to delete and it show up this message (picture). Can someone help me? Got some files to delete to get the game run smooth again.

This is not responsive to your title question, but addresses your issue. That has happened to me a few times for reasons I have never known. My solution has been to "Take Ownership" of those files/folders using a registry hack. It is available here:

There are a few cautions to using it (stay away from system files), but I have not had any problems.
