How to prevent Windows Hello Automatic Login?

How can you set Windows Hello to log you in by facial recognition when you want it to, but not automatically try to recognize and log in every face that walks near the camera or auto login someone who just locked the screen and is trying to walk away from the computer?

You could try the Lemon Juice .... rumors are circulating that it works now with infrared cameras.

Is there a setting to require a key press or screen swipe to activate facial recognition so the attempts at facial recognition only happen when you want it to?
Some of our users have turned off Hello or put tape over the camera because unintended screen unlocks and the camera waking up, trying to recognize a face and wasting battery whenever someone walks in front of the Surface became too annoying.

Later updates will make them swipe up the screen to dismiss if facial req happens right after locking....
