When I go to the website, it says answer staff are available to help. Then when I go through the 3 steps detailing my problem, it then says

"Answer Techs aren't available now. Please try again during our hours of operation

Operating Hours
Monday to Friday
08:00 - 19:00 (UTC)
Saturday and Sunday
09:00 - 19:00 (UTC)"

The time now is 11:13 UTC on a saturday, so I don't get why this is happening.

Where abouts are you? I've personally never heard of UTC; I don't believe this is a common phrase in the UK... but your website directs you to the UK site?
