Hi, I'm a surface fan. I bought the surface pro of the first batch. And then the suface pro3 too. Next Monday, i'll receive my surface book. I'm glad to be a member of you guys. And just want to say"Hi"

thanks for your reply! well, just like you, I made a long time to think whether it is necessory for me to buy SB. As you said, tablets battery life has only 2 hours.It's enough for me to watch an episode of a TV play during the lunch time. If I need more time on the clipboard, I will turn it over with the keyboard connected, and stand my SB just like the shape of "__\" or "/\" when there is not enough space for my SB.
Then the lack of kickstand. I don't think it's a good idea to keep the keyboard between you and the screen when you have lots of work with your pen.When I have to write or draw something or watch something I would use tone of the next things:

That's great, SB can stand with charging it . And I have a question about the stand: Can you keep steady when you write something at the top left coner of the screen?

My Surface Book is steady for normal finger and pen use on the clipboard, when on the hinge. The base unit is heavy, and the hinge even wraps slightly around the rounded clipboard corners.
