Code 10 or 14 for Surface Pro Touch Controller Firmware on Surface Pro 3

This issue occurs because of a timing issue in the Inter-Integrated Circuit bus. Microsoft is aware of this issue and is actively investigating it. This KB article will be updated when a fix becomes available.

My GF has this issue on her SP3 i3. I have not experienced this issue on my SP3 i5 128GB
