New Surface Owner, Slingbox Problems

I can not get Slingbox to show video..........I keep getting error message of NO VIDEO SIGNAL

I have no problem using the web slingbox player on any other computer I have or using the App from my iPHONE or iPAD.

I only get this NO VIDEO problem with the Surface

any suggestions
