I renewed my subscription to Office 365 last week. My existing subscription was for the Personal edition. After the renewal, I realized that I needed more than one license. I then upgraded to the Home edition. In that process, the Microsoft agent on the phone cancelled my Personal subscription and signed me up for the Home edition.
Today was the first day I tried to open One Note after the renewal. I find that I don't have ANY of the notes that I had created before the renewal. I also don't see them on OneDrive, or locally on my Surface.
I am working with 8.1 Pro.
Can I get some help with recovering the notes?
