Question about Outlook on Windows RT

When looking at my mail in Outlook, how do I change the columns. The left shows folders and the right panel shows contacts. How do I rearrange the panels or columns? Using Windows RT there are no pull-down menus.

not sure what you mean. clicking the view menu and then the to do bar allows you to show either people, calendar or tasks. but they're always on the right. I turn it off.

I have folders on the left, messages in the middle and the preview pane on the right.
