Removing AppData

So there are threads any and everywhere on the internet about this, all saying different things. So thought I'd ask for advice from folk I know :)

My appdata folder is taking up over 25% of my ssd, and that is not acceptable in my mind given I have 12 applications installed on this thing. What is the best course of action to take to rectify this? CCleaner only finds 2gb of files to delete from the entire system.

I have 7 GB in my Appdata folder, with over 150 applications installed.

Outlook: 40%
Onedrive: 20%
FileHistory: 15%
Google Earth: 15%
Other Apps: 10%

That's why I'm a touch confused. Mine is 30gb, and most of my apps are simply small things like VLC or drawboard. Having a look around, Microsoft alone takes up 10gb of AppData.
