Hello all, new user here.
I have been having hibernation issues with my surface since updating to windows 10, and my surface was draining 2-3% per hour in connected stand. When I contacted support about the issue, they immediately opted to send me an advanced replacement. Upon receiving it, I installed my regular software and went about using it from day to day to see if my problem had been solved. This unit also did not go into hibernation, but connected standby drained significantly less battery, more on the order of .75 - 1% per hour. Things are not perfect though, the screen visibly dimmer than my model, and the battery reports 8.6 V using HWmonitor. Should I be worried about the difference in voltage?
