My video and that of the other caller freezes after the first minute or so of skype video calls. I do not have this provblem on other devices using the same connection.
This is a brand new surfoace pro 3. I have seen the same problem report for a Pr0 2 who said that it was fixed after re-installing windows, but really, do I have to reinstall windows on this device I bought just a week ago?
Does anyone have any other idea?
