SP 2017 freezing - video driver?

Does anyone know what the right video driver is? My machine will freeze and need a hard reset when playing any video full screen. It will also freeze up randomly and require a hard reset. This is happening a few times a week. I'm starting to regret moving from a MacBook for my mobile needs.....

I've downloaded and installed the drivers and firmware from Microsoft -

I've read a few places people suspect the video drivers or that its hardware that needs to be replaced. I suspect I'm out of warranty, so I'm hoping it's software.

I have the Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 version installed.

My machine is an i7 with 16gb of RAM. I'm running Win 10 version 1809 os build 17763.379

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Windows 10 Pro is the "Edition". What Version (Build)? 1803? 1809?
