I have a SP4 and i want to boot it from a bootable usb, but surface doesn't seem to recognise any usb! It just jump to UEFI straightly.even changing the boot sequence doesn't work. The TPM and secure boot option are disappeard also! I have no idea what to do! Even holding volume-down button didn't help. Can any body help with a solution please?

Have you tried this?

Format USB drive as Fat32

Step 1: Attach a bootable USB device to the USB port.
Step 2: Press and hold the volume-down button.
Step 3: Press and release the power button.
Step 4: When the Surface logo appears, release the volume-down button.
Surface will start the software on your USB device.

(This works for SP3 so I'm not 100% sure but it should be same on SP4)
